Wellbeing Session Cost & Cancellation Policy

 

Sessions can be booked individually or in a block of 6 in order to keep the same day/time booking. 

Sessions take place in term times.  Arrangements for sessions during school holidays can be negotiated on an individual basis.  

Sessions will be invoiced for on a monthly basis.  Payment is expected within 10 days of receipt of invoice.   Please note: all payments are by bank transfer only.

Session times are fixed, so if a client is late the session cannot be extended and the time cannot be made up at  a later date.   All sessions are 45min.  Different timings can be agreed on an individual basis depending on client need.

Missed sessions will be invoiced for unless a minimum of one full working day notice has been given.

Price below is for sessions provided in my space.   Schools visits are priced individually.
